When we think of a better term than “digital” for the role of Digital Marketing Associate (what ISN’T digital, these days?), we’ll let you know. But for now, we’re looking for a full-time (yes, digital marketing) Associate to join our growing team.
In this position, you’d be instrumental in driving not only our own Water & Wall-focused marketing efforts, but you’d also support our clients’. As an agency that’s been committed to integrated communications since our founding, we know firsthand how necessary digital strategies are in marketing financial brands effectively.
TLDR: no modern comms plan is complete without a digital component, which makes this such a unique and fun role.
OK, here’s your to-do list:
- For Water & Wall:
- Help develop and support our own content calendar
- Assist our team with drafting social media posts
- Post to our social channels, as necessary
- Post blogs/other content on our website
- Brainstorm fun and unique marketing campaigns
- Stay on top of evolving social platforms and digital strategies
- Email newsletter experience? Not needed, but something we’d L-O-V-E to talk about
- For Clients:
- Assist with clients’ existing social media efforts, such as:
- Draft posts
- Monitor online conversations
- Track and analyze campaign efforts and engagement levels
- Create client-facing reports
- Educate clients on emerging social and digital strategies
- Support clients’ internal marketing teams to coordinate efforts
- Your Street Cred:
- 1-3 years of social/digital experience at a marketing/PR agency (financial experience is preferred) and/or in-house financial institution
- A clear passion and interest in digital marketing
- An obsessive attention to detail
- Someone who thrives in a team setting and loves to work with others
- Anticipated salary range: $55,000-$100,000. This is based on Water & Wall’s good faith belief at the time we published this job description. Actual compensation may vary based on myriad factors such as an individual’s professional experience, the overall market conditions, and skill level as it pertains to the requirements of the role, among others. Bonuses, whether they be episodic or scheduled, are based on individual and agency performance. Our comprehensive and ever-evolving benefits package, we feel, remains second-to-none in our category.
