With an established global presence, EY US Tax has built strong relationships with key tax reporters and yet, eager for a fresh perspective and a media relations overhaul, tasked W&W with creatively engaging on the brand’s behalf across seven tax subservice lines and with over 100 SMEs to tell a larger business story.
Results
Beyond traditional trade coverage, we found ample white space to insert tax narratives into larger business conversations. More than ever, tax professionals need a seat at the table to ensure companies are in sync across the entire organization, so we applied that exact thinking to the US media landscape. While applying to the larger business community, we also found that the foundational nature of tax trickled down to various verticals such as supply chains, sustainability and technology. In addition to daily proactive and reactive media activity, W&W uncovered unique ways for the EY brand to creatively share thought leadership externally via bylines, media briefings, panel discussions, etc. We recently ended FY25 on a high note, garnering:
