Jackie is dedicated to being a voice for diversity and inclusion. Leading with empathy, she works to effectively promote, support, and champion people and culture. Jackie helps develop and implement strategies and programs that ensure talent diversity, retention, and inclusion, while staying aligned with the organization’s values, goals, and objectives. Starting her career in television and radio production, Jackie’s 20-year journey has evolved into supervising and directing talent and human resources at various agencies in New York City. Born in New York and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, she proudly identifies as a true Newyorqueña (New Yorker/Caraqueña) and is a proud mother of three.

I believe in listening deeply, understanding each person’s unique perspective, and creating an environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
