Jen excels at building and leading external communications programs, whether she’s developed them from the ground up, or she’s been tasked to restructure them. She oversees the agency’s largest and longest-contracted client accounts and is part of the business development team. Jen’s experience collaborating with companies in the professional and financial services, healthcare, law and energy industries has made her an expert on the relationship between corporate policy and strategic communications. She skillfully helps clients anticipate and prepare for what comes next. Beyond tailored media relations strategies and tactics, Jen also focuses on helping businesses produce thoughtful content and shows them how and when to distribute those ideas via traditional and non-traditional channels. Jen is an active member and mentor in the NY chapter of PRSA and remains connected to her alma mater, the Newhouse School at Syracuse University, helping students get their start in the communications profession.

Work Philosophy:

I think that kindness can move mountains. Whether that is within your team, with clients, stakeholders or even journalists, looking out for others professionally and personally is my number one priority. I find that if you embed genuine kindness into your day-to-day work life, it will build over time and ultimately lead to happier clients and teams, and even better results.
